What are the main differences between Parcel Insurance and the MyFlyingBox Guarantee?

Territorial Scope of Transported Goods Insurance: :

• Insurance can be subject to embargoes or restrictions depending on the country of the chosen insurance company.
• The MyFlyingBox Guarantee, however, does not exclude any territory.

2. End of warranty:

• Transported Goods Insurance generally ends when the package is marked as delivered and/or signed for at the destination. The information available on the carrier's tracking system is authoritative.
• The MyFlyingBox Guarantee allows for delivery disputes even when the tracking indicates that the package is delivered.

3. Support for relay points:

• Transported Goods Insurance may not cover goods shipped to relay points.
• The MyFlyingBox Guarantee covers all types of transport sold on the MFB platform.

4. Compensation Procedures:

• Insurance company compensation procedures can be subject to many constraints: precautionary measures, taking photos, issuing reservations, filing complaints, etc.
• The MyFlyingBox Guarantee is subject to two simple rules: damage and an invoice related to the declared value.
